You can set your own timeframe when to send out an email and/or SMS to your customer. During the creation of an order you are able to uncheck this option individually.
What should I do if a device is not returned on time?
If a device is not returned on time, Innovative Asset Tracking allows you to take immediate action. You can send follow-up reminders and notifications to the customer, and track the status of the device to ensure it is returned promptly. Because in most cases the customer has signed for the products he will accept the consequences when the policy is not met.
